What is the reason of such growth? Which airline and which destination is helping most to achieve such positive results?

Adria is the reason. They significantly increased frequencies this year.

Adria restructure. Their transit times are so short, that lots of people from balkans are using it to connect to the western europe. And every connecting passenger counts.

It's multiple factors combined i would say...

      1. Adria's recovery which is also including slight shift in their strategy and "coming back" to LJU, utilizing it more as a ex-yu/eu hub. Together with increased frequencies on some routes
      2. Additional Easyjet flights
      3. Transavia's flights to AMS
      4. Lot is improving their figures
      5. TK also has better LF
      6. More charter flights compared to previous years (including few Cro an IT travel agencies)
      7. Increased connectivity from LJU and more competitive fare prices
      8. Improved overall economy situation in Slovenia meaning more business and leisure travel

Air Serbia is also performing really well there, loads are really solid. I flew the route the other day and we were 63 passengers onboard.

Also, TK did not cut frequencies like they did in ZAG which can only mean their loads are good, really good.

Ljubljana should really be handling 2 million pax by now.

Hopefully they can hit 2.5 million by 2020.
