Thomas Cook Airlines will strengthen its operations to Croatia next summer season with the launch of two new routes. The leisure carrier will add flights and packages to Dubrovnik, with a two weekly service to operate between Manchester and the coastal city starting May 13. In addition, the airline will inaugurate flights between London Gatwick and Split a day later, as well as add frequencies on its service between Manchester and Split, which was launched this summer. All flights will run on a seasonal basis. "We introduced Croatia for the first time this summer and the variety it offers has been extremely popular with holidaymakers. To meet this growing demand we are delighted to not only be introducing package holidays to the Dubrovnik coast next summer, but we are also increasing our capacity into Split by over 40%", Thomas Cook's Managing Director, Chris Mottershead, said. DeleteThe quality dropped exponentially. That is a very big claim with zero arguments to back it up. And if you go and look for the data to back up that nonsensical claim, you'll find data which directly contradicts it. The numbers have risen and so has the quality. That snobish 1990s idea of Croatia abandoning mass tourism and orienting towards 'elite tourism" has failed epically and been abandoned some decade and a half ago.
DeleteThere are plenty opportunities in Croatia for both - the mass and elite tourism.
TUI will start 787 service to Pula next year.
