Lufthansa boosts flights to Croatian coast

Luftahnsa will increase frequencies on its seasonal summer routes to the Croatian coast this year. Apart from launching a new two weekly service between Frankfurt and Zadar on April 28, the German carrier will add an extra weekly departure from Frankfurt to Pula and Dubrovnik for a total of three and seven flights per week respectively starting April 27 and 29. Furthermore, the airline will maintain daily operations from Frankfurt to Split, up from five per week, between July 31 and August 23. From Munich, Lufthansa will increase flights to Dubrovnik from seven to eight per week as of May 6. In addition, services to Pula will run twice weekly instead of one between May 19 and October 7,while Split will be operated eight times per week instead of five beginning May 5. Finally, the German carrier will add one weekly flight for a total of three between Munich and Zadar from May 19 until October 6. Commenting on its Croatia operations, the airline said, "We have a lot of loyal customers in Croatia, and an excellent reputation, and it delights us to connect Croatia with the world via our hubs, and so contribute to its development".

    Flights from FRA to DBV will increase from 4 to 5 a week from FRA to SPU to daily.

    Good improvement for all coastal airports. With extension of the tourist season the coverage will improve to almost 7 months.
