Friday, April 24, 2015

B&H Airlines recorded a net loss of 6.5 million euros in 2014, despite handling 35.606 passengers, an increase of 12.3% compared to the year before. In 2013, the carrier’s losses were even greater, standing at 7.2 million euros. B&H, whose accounts have been blocked again this week due to debt owed for the financial lease of its two ATR 72 aircraft, had 101 employees at the end of last year, down from 107 in 2013. B&H Airlines has had a difficult year so far, maintaining flights with only one aircraft and suspending services to both Belgrade and Copenhagen. The carrier operates scheduled flights to Zurich via Banja Luka and charter flights from Mostar to Italy.

More than 182.58 eur per single pax. Much more than the price of their average OW tkt. They shouldn't have lost this much even if all the pax traveled free of charge! Unbelievable!!!
