LIVERY OF THE WEEK: Aeroflot special

Aeroflot has unveiled a special livery on one of its Airbus A321 aircraft to celebrate its 95th anniversary. The design was chosen following a public competition. The livery, decorated in white and blue tones, has been created by Ekaterina Lesik and is stylised in traditional Gzhel patterns, a Russian method of painting ceramics, which takes its name from the village and surrounding area where it has been produced since 1802. The aircraft bears the name of the celebrated theatre director Yuri Lyubimov.
