Malaysia Airlines adds Belgrade codeshare flights

NEWS FLASH

Malaysia Airlines has begun codesharing on Qatar Airways’ service between Belgrade and Doha, enabling Serbian passengers greater access to South East Asia. The Oneworld alliance member said, “Malaysia Airlines is delighted to further develop and grow our relationship with Qatar Airways with this codeshare agreement. Through this cooperation, we will be able to provide travel options for our outbound travellers as well as inviting more travellers to experience the beauty Malaysia has to offer. We look forward to sharing our Malaysian hospitality further and provide a truly Malaysian experience for our passengers”. Qatar Airways’ Belgrade service, which is now operating at pre-Covid levels in terms of frequencies and capacity, is also codeshared by Cathay Pacific, Oman Air and SriLanakan Airlines.

A bit useless with the current travel restrictions but good in the long-term.

Malaysia Airlines only fly to LHR, AMS & IST in Europe. So no chance to see them in our region since they don't fly to numerous bigger destinations in Europe.
