Croatia Airlines to gauge passenger satisfaction

Croatia Airlines is looking to improve the experience of its passengers by launching a survey that will examine traveller satisfaction from the booking process to the flight itself. The airline has added QR codes on the seatbacks on its aircraft which passengers can scan to complete the survey. “We're always looking for ways to improve. We've developed a super short survey which is located on our seats, and we'd love a chance to hear from passengers on their next flight to help us be even better”, the carrier said.

I hope we'll ever get the possibility to see the results... But it won't happen.
