Air Serbia schedules one-off Istanbul wide-body service

Air Serbia will deploy its 257-seat Airbus A330-200 aircraft between Belgrade and Istanbul on November 30. The carrier has scheduled the wide-body jet on the second of its two flights to Istanbul that day. The aircraft will be utilised on flight JU804/805. It comes amid strong demand for travel between Serbia and Turkey. On November 30 alone there are five flights between the two cities with 928 seats on offer each way. Air Serbia has gradually begun increasing its operations between the two cities and will maintain seventeen weekly rotations on the route from December 11.

    I fully support their decision to deploy the A330 to Istanbul. Hopefully it happens more often in the future.

    With the rate that they charge and the quick turnaround in flight time they must have pulled in a huge profit on this flight.
