The guy took routing from FCO to AUH via BEG. One thing to note is that AZ is killing it on the BEG route since the author of the trip report said that there were 8/10 pax in C and around 95% load in Y. Another advantage that AZ has is the wide variety of aircraft. When the load is light they can send the Embraer 175 and 190.
