Adria pilots threaten with strike

NEWS FLASH

Pilots at Slovenia's national carrier Adria Airways have threatened to launch industrial action after the terms of their collective bargaining agreements expired at the end of February. Talks over new contracts with the carrier's management have been unsuccessful so far. Pilots are requesting a 1% increase in wages. If no agreement is reached in the coming days, the pilot's union has suggested for a strike to take place on March 22 and 23, April 27 and 28, and May 25 and 26 between 06.00 and 22.00 CET.
