SunExpress to start Sarajevo service

SunExpress Deutschland will commence seasonal flights between Dusseldorf and Sarajevo this summer. The one weekly service is set to begin on June 19 and run each Tuesday with the 189-seat Boeing 737-800 aircraft. It comes several months after Eurowings planned to introduce flights on the same route but cancelled the service due to low interest. SunExpress, a joint venture between Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, has put tickets on sale for its new service. As reported yesterday, the airline will also launch operations between Cologne and Pristina this summer. Further details for the new Dusseldorf - Sarajevo flights can be found here.
