Croatia Airlines is preparing to introduce a new online booking platform aimed at simplifying ticket purchases and improving its digital passenger services. Based on Amadeus Reference Experience technology, the system will offer clearer fare comparisons, including information on baggage allowances and ticket change and refund conditions. It will also make it easier to purchase additional services such as extra baggage, seat selection and meals.
The website’s technical adaptation had been undertaken and key functions, including booking, reservation management, timetable searches and flight status, have largely been tested by the airline. Implementation of the payment system remains underway. The platform will also make it easier for passengers to continue the same flight search across different devices.
Croatia Airlines recently completed the introduction of a new passenger notification system for flight disruptions. Work on the project began late last year, with the system forming part of the carrier’s broader efforts to modernise its operations and improve the passenger experience.

Must say they have improved their digital presence/experience.
ReplyDeleteHow is the check in problem in Split, Dubrovnik, Osijek, Pula, Zadar, Rijeka going to be fixed and when (spoiler: never)
ReplyDeletethats due to airport using local system, NIKO, not because of OU. Its on airports, not on the airline. stupid.
DeleteFor once not OUs fault
DeleteThis old-fashioned Niko check-in system for Split is annoying. I don’t understand why I have to use it for a Lufthansa or Croatia Airlines flight, but—thankfully—not for easyJet or Eurowings?
Delete^ I think it will be replaced in DBV

because SPU doesnt want each airline to use own system as it would be way too much for them and their staff. thats everyone are handled in one system. Same in all other airports in croatia except ZAG. Anon 1337 is correct, DBV to change this in the near future.
