NEWS FLASH

Croatia Airlines will introduce new on board catering for its business class passengers from November 30. The carrier will offer meals prepared by renowned Croatian chef Dino Galvagno, which are inspired by Croatian delicacies. Passengers will be able to enjoy traditional meals such as pašticada, purica s mlincima (turkey with mlinici) and viška pogača (salty fish pie). Croatia Airlines' CEO, Krešimir Kučko, noted that the upgraded business class menu will be on par with meals offered on board much larger airlines. He added that the carrier has already received a number of accolades for its catering.

Looking great! Galvagno is an excellent chef, also known as a member of the jury in Masterchef Croatia.
