Montenegro Airlines posts Q1 growth

Montenegro Airlines handled 84.000 passengers during the first quarter of the year, representing an increase of 1.4% on 2017. It operated a total of 1.180 flights. "Based on advanced booking the existing positive trends will continue in the coming period and the demanding 2018 business plan will be achieved. During the summer season, the company will serve thirty destinations in fifteen countries and will carry some 360.000 travellers between June 1 and September 1", Montenegro Airlines said in a statement. Overall, the Montenegrin carrier anticipates welcoming some 620.000 passengers on board its aircraft in 2018.

    This is basically stagnation, especially when we take higher fuel prices into the account.
