Adria - Air Canada ink codeshare

NEWS FLASH


The Canadian Transportation Agency has approved a planned codeshare agreement between Star Alliance members Adria Airways and Air Canada. Under the deal, Air Canada will place its code and flight numbers onto several of Adria's services from points within Europe to and from Ljubljana. The codeshare agreement will come into effect from October 1.

    Now this is quite interesting. I think Adria wants a more solid position in Star Alliance.
    It will be the perfect Lufthansa and Austrian feeder, regional carrier.
    You can book YYZ-FRA-LJU-SKP or YUL-MUC-LJU-KBP

    I was sure I read Croatia - Air Canada ink codeshare agreement. :)

    Is there one in place covering OUs services from ZAG to for ex. SPU, DBV, SKP, SJJ etc.?

    Dugo im je trebalo. JP je već barem 15g u Star Allianceu. Prvo doduše kao regionalni partner ali svejedno
