Expensive long flight, only once a week, no codeshare, no connections. It will make hole deeper by a few hundred thousand euros. Nice win!

Nice! Schedule time looks quite similar to Bulgaria Air and Air Moldova. It´s actually a very smart move to make the airplane work during the night instead of sitting on the tarmac all night long. This is all thanks to the Portugal 1 hour difference too.

They can offer connections not only to TIV but also to BEG.
So the potential customer base for this route is greatly increased.

If uniforms did not matter then airlines wouldn't be spending so much time and effort to make good and nice ones. It's all part of brand awareness, look it up.

Of uniforms did matter as much as you claim, Ryanair and Wizzair would have invested hundreds of millions to create most amazing uniforms. But they don't matter much, so Ryan and Wizz focus on something Montenegro Airlines don't think about: profits.

Wizz revised their uniforms a year or a two ago when they made them slightly more sophisticated. You can do both, be profitable and good looking. Same way airlines try to have nice and interesting liveries. It's all PR.

It is true that YM has one of the most elegant cabin crew uniforms in the region:

      https://www.exyuaviation.com/2019/08/montenegro-airlines-passenger-numbers.html

That said, anon 15:53 raised a very positive feedback. He is absolutely right when airlines actually do care for their staff and invest in the airline culture, logo, look and general vision.
If you look closer at the YM uniform you immediately spot the Montenegro heritage: flag, the red colour present and the yellow representing the sun. The design itself doesn't seem to be overwhelming. It's all a matter of details and sophistication.

There have been airlines that had better service, better liveries and fancier uniforms yet went bankrupt. Show me an airline ticket search website that has "airline uniform" as a search field, and I'll believe TGD-LIS route will be profitable.
