Trade Air relocates Tel Aviv-based jet

NEWS FLASH


Croatia’s ACMI specialist Trade Air has relocated one of its Airbus A320 aircraft (registered 9A-BTI) out of Tel Aviv, following the latest eruption of violence in the country. The jet is currently being wet-leased to Israel’s Israir Airlines. The aircraft, now stationed in Larnaca, is expected to continue operating between Cyprus and Tel Aviv, shuttling a significant number of people wishing to both return to Israel, as well as leave the country.

      Really bravo rvatska. Croatia couldn't repatriat it's citizens with national carrier and they did it with foreign carrier. Well done rvatska

      Well, when you have a national carrier that doesn't connect its citizens to the world except through LH hubs, that hasn't turned profitable in the 30+ years of operations, and then fails to even help evacuate its own citizens from a war-torn area, one might question the purpose of its continued existence.
