Last year, Croatia had a total of 16.5 million available seats. Total noumber of passengers across all airports, I think was around 13.1 million. I expect capacity this year will be up by about 10%, to about 18 million available seats, 80% of that should yield around ~14.5 million passengers across all of Croatia's airports. Although, 15.0 million is quite possible too.

      2025 Traffic in 000 - projected...
      Zagreb: 4,800
      Split: 3850
      Dubrovnik: 3350
      Zadar: 1700
      Pula: 550
      Rijeka: 150
      Osijek: 70

Zagreb could hit 5.0 million this year, we'll see.

      January - 280 000
      February - 261 000
      March - 327 000
      April - 400 000
      May - 440 000
      June - 450 000
      July - 485 00
      August - 500 000
      September - 475 000
      October - 460 000
      November - 350 000
      December - 355 000

      Total: 4 780 000 ~

My current projection based on preliminary available seats, but this noumber could go up, substantially.

FlyDubai is not premium enough. Emirates would be more popular.

Currently passengers prefer Qatar and Turkish

It must be why Ryanair is so big in Zagreb. Because of all the premium traffic.

That's not his point and you can't put the story of Ryanair in comparison. Most people, including myself, would prefer Turkish, Qatar and Fly Emirates on such longer flights over Fly Dubai. Believe it or not, price is important, but not the only factor when choosing something.

Well, flydubai is more expenisive on DXB service than Turkish. My flight in May for the family of 4 is 346 EUR per ticket, while flydubai is 468 EUR. So Turkish it is.

But I think, it you transfer in DXB you can have one leg with FZ and the second with EK on one ticket. And also, while FZ premium service is not exactly EK level it is also not a LCC.

LF is not exactly great. Would it not be better to have fewer flights, charge more and increase LF? FZ is in business to make money, it is not OU.

Actually the average LF of 72% across the entire year, is not bad at all.
