NEWS FLASH
China Southern Airlines has marked the first anniversary of its Guangzhou - Belgrade service with a ceremony held in the Serbian capital last Friday. During the event, the airline announced the opening of its Belgrade office and appointment of its General Manager for the Serbian market. The carrier currently operates two weekly flights between Guangzhou and Belgrade with its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft and has said it is pleased with its performance on the route. It noted growth in demand among transfer passengers, particularly those connecting to destinations across Australasia. China Southern will maintain its current schedule throughout the upcoming winter season and is considering increasing frequencies next year as demand continues to grow.
Looking forward for the upgrades. Also, it would be nice to see some new routes to China from Belgrade. Congrats to AirSerbia and China Southern Airlines.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping for a daily route. Let BEG become a transfer hub!
Delete...and still no third weekly.
ReplyDeleteIt can't happen until JU agrees.
Delete@11.07 why not read the text?
DeleteJU have nothing about that. Agreement is between two governments
DeleteOf course they do as the designated carrier from Serbia in the bilateral. Same like they and TK have a say on who can and can't fly between Serbia and Turkey.
DeleteIt would be interesting/ nice if they start fifth freedom flights tha would for sure help them to increase frequency
ReplyDeleteHope to see them deploy A359 in BEG :)
