NEWS FLASH
Italian leisure carrier Neos plans to operate flights between Zagreb and Reykjavik’s Keflavik Airport next summer. The service is scheduled to commence on May 1 and run weekly, on Fridays, until the end of the 2026 summer season with the carrier’s Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The flights have been loaded in the Global Distribution System but have been zeroed out, meaning tickets are still not available for purchase. The existing schedule would see the airline depart Reykjavik at 09:00 local time, arriving in Zagreb at 15:15 local time. It would then begin its journey back to Iceland at 16:15, touching down at Keflavik Airport at 18:45 local time. Neos has operated irregular charters between the two cities in the past.

Zagreb is literally unstoppable this year
ReplyDeleteBetter if they put SPU..
DeleteNice. But I don't know about the ticket prices, this looks like all day (or at least half day) aircraft utilization for the single return flight...
ReplyDeleteHow else do you think airlines get to Iceland?
DeleteGood point
DeleteI guess, as always, it depends on the side of the world/time zone you are travelling to/from Iceland?
DeleteWhat is the point of 1pw frequency? That's more like a charter
ReplyDeleteIt is most likely for tour operatots. Since it is in GDS maybe they put some remaining tickets on sale.
DeleteBetter anything for some destination than nothing.
DeleteVery interesting.

ReplyDeleteIs Mros part of TUI?
