NEWS FLASH
Air Serbia has upgraded its economy class meal offering on flights between Belgrade and China. While passengers have traditionally been served a hot meal with a choice of options during the first service, the second service prior to landing, known as the “Café service”, consisted of cold sandwiches. Starting today, passengers will receive a hot meal during the second service, with either breakfast or lunch served depending on the flight schedule. The second service will begin three and half hours before landing and will feature hot meal boxes. Shanghai and Guangzhou are Air Serbia’s longest destinations, both by duration and miles flown.

Good
ReplyDeleteIs there a prospect of them increasing frequencies?
ReplyDeleteAn increase in flight frequencies would be more than welcome too!
ReplyDeleteWell that means that another chinese airline will have to increase frequencies
DeleteGood news!
ReplyDeleteBravo Air Serbia 🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely positive news and welcome change which will improve overall impression. However, beginning of the service 3 and a half hours before landing is definitely not good a idea. No single airline does it that early. The second service, depending on its volume, usually starts 2 to 2 and a half hours before arrival. Just btw I flew long-haul on some 30 airlines
ReplyDeleteAgree with you that it's early. Should start 2 hours before landing.
DeleteThose sandwiches were not bad actually, although an upgrade was much needed given the length of flights. I would have bought extra food on those flights if it was offered. Good thing their FAs gave me extra trays of food as the portions were definitely not enough 😃
