Macedonia’s government has secured an interest-free short-term loan of seven million euros from state-owned air navigation service provider M-NAV on behalf of the Public Enterprise for State Roads. The arrangement was approved by the government on July 14 and signed by M-NAV’s management, with repayment formally due by November 30. Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski said the money would be used to meet obligations to a Chinese bank relating to motorway construction and should be returned to M-NAV in August. The transaction has sparked controversy, with a criminal complaint reportedly filed against three M-NAV board members amid claims that revenue collected through air navigation charges cannot be used for unrelated purposes.

DeleteThey break yes and we all know why is that , because someone behind them did not pay what they suppost to pay , so now someone else need to pay that in one way or another. We all know where this loan goes and will be returned to Mnav

ReplyDeleteIt is free short loan from the Mnav to return a money that previous government took from China and did not do anything , instead of paying interest fee to a banks. Real question is why someone took money and did not build anything?

DeleteThis is the same M-nav that a year and a half ago someone walked in and beat up the only on duty air traffic controller in Macedonia that evening? Not surprised really.
