2012 in review

The year that was … 2012

2012 was by no means an uneventful year in the aviation world of the former Yugoslavia. Belgrade and Dubrovnik broke their 1987 passenger records, Turkish Airlines withdrew from its partnership with B&H Airlines, Wizz Air set up a base in Skopje, Croatia Airlines and Adria Airways cut their losses, Priština Airport went from strength to strength and the world’s “best airline”, Qatar Airways, launched flights to Zagreb and Belgrade.

These are just some of the major developments which took place over the past 366 days.
