NEWS FLASH

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport has begun the third phase of its Terminal 1 overhaul today. As a result, the entire facility will be closed off to passengers with check-in and passport control procedures to be carried out solely at Terminal 2. The ongoing overhaul, scheduled for completion by April 2017, includes capacity expansion, new commercial space and a new automated baggage sorting facility. The newly refurbished hall between terminals one and two will feature 28 new check-in desks.

From what I understand the new check in desks will start from Terminal 2 (at the end of the last row of check in desks towards terminal one), in a U shape, the check in desks will go all the way through the hall between T1 and T2 and continue through to T1. That's quite huge considering that ZAG airport's new terminal has 30 check in desks in total.

You are right. The new check in desks will be in the area which is marked with the green line

Nada zadnja umire. A radost sleduje...
