Dubrovnik Airport numbers soar in April

Dubrovnik Airport registered its strongest April on record by handling 143.912 passengers. The figure represents impressive growth of 52.1% compared to the same month last year. So far in 2017, the airport handled 219.888 travellers, up 26% on the same period last year. A number of airlines are launching new services to Dubrovnik this summer season. They include Eurowings, Jet2.com, Monarch Airlines, easyJet, Flybe, Volotea and Thomson Airways. The airport is estimated to handle two million passengers this year.

    DBV can reach 2,3 Million Pax this year. ALL Point to Point in a tow that counts 40.000 inhabitants.

      Indeed, perhaps even 2.4 million.


      As things stand, Croatian airports are expected to quite well this year.

      Zagreb: 3.2 million
      Split: 2.7 million
      Dubrovnik: 2.4 million
      Zadar: 620 000
      Pula: 570 000
      Rijeka: 175 000
      Osijek: 35 000
      Brac: 15 000

      Total: 9.71 million
