NEWS FLASH

Mostar Airport employees are staging a one-hour warning strike today, unhappy over their working conditions. It comes just weeks before the airport welcomes its first scheduled flights from Zagreb, operated by Croatia Airlines, as well as services from Dusseldorf and Stuttgart run by Eurowings. Workers are seeking a new collective agreement as well as additional pay for night shifts, overtime and weekend work, in line with Bosnia and Herzegovina's labour laws. "If our demands are not met, we will be forced to enter into a general strike until our conditions are fulfilled", Mostar Airport's labour union said in a statement. Mostar Airport handled just 619 passengers during the first quarter of the year, down 65.5% on 2017, making it the least busiest in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its General Manager, Marin Raspudić, has labelled 2018 as crucial for the airport's development.

But will this not affect the airport operations? Maybe they did it when JU was arriving from BEG. This is the sole destination from BNX. What do you think?????

This is Mostar Airport, not Banja Luka.
