NEWS FLASH

Egypt Air Cargo has reached an agreement with Air Serbia to provide cargo services on the airline's newly launched flights between Belgrade and Cairo. The Egyptian company noted the two weekly service will enable it to load freight at Cairo Airport to Belgrade and onwards, which it says will contribute to the growing trade exchange between the two countries.

Fantastic news especially since EgyptAir Cargo is a regular visitor in Belgrade. I hope this agreement makes them an even more popular choice in Serbia.

Congratulations to both parties on this agreement! Now would be cool to get MS in BEG!

Last time passenger EgyptAir was in BEG it wasn't fun:

Right now there is a good mix of EgyptAir Cargo, Air Cairo and AMC from Egypt, and Air Serbia to CAI, HRG and SSH from Serbia. Egypt has more traffic to Serbia than any other ExYu country.

They can't as they need a certain number of planes to stay in Belgrade overnight, including one A320.

Mostly regular maintenance. The one A320 has to stay to avoid major delays in the morning especially to CDG which carries a lot of transfer passengers onto AF's network.
