FlyBosnia has announced its fifth destination, with the carrier to launch a one weekly service between Sarajevo and the Bahraini capital of Manama from July 12, linking the two cities with a nonstop air service for the first time. Ticket sales begin today. The airline has contracted Al-Nasr Travel and Tourism as its exclusive sales agent in Bahrain. Manama joins the carrier's existing network, which includes Kuwait City, Riyadh, Jeddah and Gassim.

It seems Eurooean flights won't happen this year.

It's pretty obvious now what the purpose of this airline is - to bring Arabs to Bosnia for their annual holiday. Absolutely no use to locals.

No use for traveling locals. There is use in bringing tourist dollars for the locals. Perhaps if they truly get the extra plane it can be focused more on the European market.

Locals travel to the Gulf too, it's not that expensive, some just want to do a tourist visit, others have family and friends living/working there. Stop seeing it as a one-way thing.
