United adds new Zagreb codeshare

United Airlines has added its designator code and flight numbers onto Air Canada Rouge's seasonal summer service between Toronto and Zagreb. The US carrier already codeshares on Croatia Airlines' flights from Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Paris, Frankfurt, London, Munich and Zurich to the Croatian capital, as well as on Lufthansa's services from Frankfurt. Last month, the Croatian Minister for Tourism, Gari Cappelli, said that nonstop flights between the United States and Zagreb will likely commence during the 2020 summer season. "The service to Zagreb will most likely be seasonal from New York during its first year of operations, while year-round flights could commence as early as the second year", Mr Cappeli said..
