Sarajevo Airport handled 105.370 passengers in September, representing an increase of 7.2% on last year. This is despite the number of aircraft movements decreasing slightly, by 0.6%, to 1.213. During the month, the Sarajevo-based FlyBosnia inaugurated its first scheduled European service from Bosnia and Herzegovina’s capital to London. Over the first three quarters, Sarajevo Airport welcomed 922.976 travellers through its doors, an improvement of 8.9%. So far this year, the airport has added an extra 75.671 passengers on 2018.

ReplyDeleteYes, with virtually no promotion and high prices it's not a surprise. Fly Bosnia also has significant debt towards SJJ. Don't see this airline surviving long in its current form.
