NEWS FLASH

Zagreb Airport handled 203.035 passengers during the first month of the year, representing an increase of 6.2%. The number of aircraft movements grew 2.9% to 3.133. The airport anticipates for growth to continue in the coming months due to Croatia’s presidency of the Council of the European Union, which has increased demand for travel. Furthermore, Croatia Airlines plans to launch new regional routes from Zagreb later this year, while Windrose Airlines will commence services from Kiev. Zagreb Airport’s General Manager, Huseying Bahadir Bedir, told the "Future Airport" magazine, “We expect this trend to continue in 2020. Since the opening of the new passenger terminal, we have achieved significant results in overall traffic, such as an increase in passenger numbers, the number of destinations, new carrier, cargo traffic, an increase in the number of employees, as well as new shops and sales outlets that have been opened. With our strategies and strong focus on future development, we expect even better results in the years to come”.

Hej, 6% growth is not bad at all! Nice start of the year and good job, Hrvatsko.

how many post offices/bakeries/pharmacies you have Husein on this terminal? Oh, sorry, you have your BTA bakery. Tisak is selling bandage and you have yellow post box hidden somewhere there in case if you need it. Really gorgeous airport, can't say anything.

I really love that you have info desk in gate area so in case if there is any delay or something happens to you, you can easily ask someone for help, and this lady at help desk is even polite! (help desk does not exist of course).

The best thing for me is that you can fly to PRG with CSA, or Zurich with Swiss, or Berlin with Eurowings. ha! not anymore! bye bye! Or you can fly to Dubai with Emirates (just kidding, during the winter you have low budget airline, even their cabin crew is without jacket waiting for the bus.) Or you can choose Korean Air. I mean, Koreans are everywhere around the city even now. Oh wow, Ke is not flying to ZAG.

This guy has issues that probably run deeper than just his obsession with Zagreb airport. He repeats this incoherent babble under every post about ZAG, regardless of the topic.
Maybe they lost his baggage at the airport or something, but how long can one hold a grudge, lol!

According to his/her typing style he/she sounds like an ex-employee who got fired by the current management, rather than a passenger with lost baggage. Sad.

True, let's hope OU gets its act together and actually launches something new. With Wizz cuts left and right we shouldn't expect them to come, FR has neighboring airports so ZAG is stuch with OU unless they bring back easyJet.
