Dubrovnik Airport closes

NEWS FLASH

Dubrovnik Airport has temporarily closed for all commercial traffic today, as a result of the coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak. A Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) - an aviation document informing all carriers of important and urgent messages - has been issued for Dubrovnik Airport. Only state and medical flights will be permitted to land. The closure is temporary, until March 28, but may be extended. Other commercial airports in the country remain operational at this point.

There is nothing smart about this. They were accepting flights from Rome until Monday. The airport have distributed masks and glows to the workers. They were laughing about it and didn't wear them. Now they are closed. I repeat, there is nothing smart about it, just stupid. Big time stupid.

The airport was closed because an infection case was confirmed among an employee.
