I think SPU and DBV will be cut, they are mostly carrying tourists on routes and at that month there are less and less arrivals.

    Very bad news overall.

Hopefully it will be delayed and not cancelled. :(

Let's see what OU does with their ZAG-DBV-ATH flights.

Are they protecting their own tourist market?

Not really. Lot of American tourists visit Santorini/Mykonos and then hop on over to Dubrovnik then to Italy and they leave for the States. They spend 3-4 days at each of these locations. These flights were for them, so you can call them "common/shared" tourists. There won't be a lot of those this summer.

Also, a significant number of Croats used to visit Athens and islands before.

Really? I mean if the number was significant there would have been flights earlier and I mean nonstop flights. No funny business via DBV.

I was talking about past years, not this one already lost for everyone working in tourism and transport business. Last year three airlines flew on that route.

Just to add, people visiting Greece were mainly from Zagreb /Varazdin /Rijeka /Pula regions and using a lot ex Adria flights to various Greek destinations, from both Ljubljana and Trieste.
