NEWS FLASH

Air Serbia plans to maintain operations to 37 destinations by the end of the month. The carrier has extended its list of service resumptions for June to include Split, Nice, Venice and Kiev, which are to commence on June 28. On the other hand, flights to Thessaloniki, which were to be reinstated on June 15, have now been removed for the entire month. Air Serbia has warned that the scope of its services will ultimately depend on the decisions and guidelines of national, foreign, and international bodies and civil aviation authorities, and on the changes in the travel restrictions valid in the countries the carrier serves.

May 21 - June 30 operations (correct as of June 2)

This looks massive at the moment.

It seems Air Serbia is positioning itself at the time when competition does not fly at all. It is great business move and the outcome can be nothing but positive.

Another thing to consider here is that tour operators have started working. I know it doesn't mean much but a friend of mine booked holidays for her and her family in Adana for July. When she called to ask what's going on they told her that if she wants to they can still go so they said ok. Seems like there might still be hope for the charter season.

I believe that airlines as well as the host countries will do anything to bring you there but the quality of vacation can't be the same as before (limitations in food, less excursions and activities, more waiting times etc.)

Not to mention the risk of getting infected. In that case nobody will care and you can bring yourself into serious poroblem.

So, the airlines do right according to their interest. But at this moment I am not sure it is also the interest of the travellers.

FINALLY someone ( anonymous 11:19) with logic and not like most of the comments here that only care if JU or OU or YM will have the most passengers or revenue.

Can someone please clarify something for me? I saw on Instagram that JU advertizes some destinations and I see that from tomorrow ZRH goes daily. Did they boost frequencies again until 15.06?

Actually even this is a stretch as they have just cancelled Rome flights for the whole of June. Just over ambitious it seems
