19 destinations from ZAD and they closed the base. Must admit don't get it, the same as Easy not opening the base in SPU

Don't get what's this base obsession. Would be the same even if they considered it as a ''base'', and it's seasonal after all.

It's not obsession. It's logical. If planes are based somewhere, airport benefits from it financially. Crew can work from home country instead going to "pecalba". Also it's logical for the airline to base plane were expenses are lower than in the UK, or Austria, for example. Plus Ryanair already had base in ZAD. And as poster under me is saying, Lauda might do the same again. So it's no obsession, just asking. Personally I couldn't care less

Oof, doubt Ryanair would employ new crew nowadays, they have plenty of spare ones which they would probably use for a ZAD base

Yes, they have Croatian crew, both pilots and cabin, who would be more than happy to work from home country

VLC itself is quite a Mediterranean city with its own metro and smaller than Barcelona still worth a city break. The surrounding villages are simply amazing to visit as well.
This will inturn allow Valencianos to visit Zadar because many Spaniards already know Dubrovnik and Split quite well.

Its good to see London-Zadar back on sale. They obviously think the tourism will be possible from June.
