NEWS FLASH

Flydubai plans to operate up to two daily flights between its hub and Sarajevo this coming summer season. The airline, which currently maintains six weekly services between Dubai and Bosnia and Herzegovina’s capital, will operate an additional flight on April 2, April 3, April 9 and April 10, after which operations will be reduced to four weekly for the duration of Ramadan from mid-April until mid-May. Starting May 13, the hybrid carrier will run double daily flights to Bosnia and Herzegovina’s capital until September 11, after which operations will be maintained four times per week until the start of the 2021/2022 winter season on October 31. Changes to the schedule remain possible. All flights are set to be operated by the Boeing 737-800 aircraft, however, the airline is in the process of preparing the return of its Boeing 737 MAX jets to service, which may see the type, featuring an upgraded business and economy class cabin, deployed on some Sarajevo flights.
