NEWS FLASH

The former head office building of Slovenia’s defunct national carrier Adria Airways has been put on sale for a starting price of 4.1 million euros, without tax. Those interested have until June 30 to submit binding bids. Built in 2009, the four-story building features almost 4.400 square metres and includes offices, classrooms and a warehouse. It is located next to Ljubljana Airport. Its sale is part of Adria Airways' bankruptcy proceedings. So far, the bankruptcy administrator has successfully sold Adria Airways’ Air Operator's Certificate for 45.000 euros, the Adria Airways Flight School for 7.500 euros and the Adria Airways brand name for 33.000 euros.

the flight had a property included in the price? or any other assets? This is a building that can be used to any purpose.

Not unexpected really, considering the current aviation environment and the remaining assets.
