NEWS FLASH

KLM is increasing its operations to Croatia this summer with the airline to introduce a third daily flight on its seasonal service between Amsterdam and Split. Starting July 5, the third daily rotation will depart the Dutch city in the evenings and remain in Split overnight in order to enable an early morning departure with onward connections to the United States via Amsterdam. It comes as the carrier inaugurated daily flights to Dubrovnik last week, complementing its double daily service to Zagreb. This July and August, KLM will be Croatia’s seventh largest airline both in terms of offered frequencies and capacity. Based on its filed schedule, which is subject to change, during July and August, KLM will deploy the Boeing 737-800 or -900 versions on 66.3% of all flights, the Embraer E190 on 31.3% of flights, the the E175 on 2.4% of operations.
