NEWS FLASH

Wizz Air has delayed the launch two new routes which were due to commence next month. These include flights from Skopje to Turin, as well as from Tuzla to Milan, while frequencies on the planned new service from the Macedonian capital to Bologna will be reduced from two to one per week. Flights between Skopje and Turin will now launch on March 3, 2022 instead of the initially planned December 18 of this year. On the other hand, operations between Tuzla and Italy’s second largest city have been pushed back by ten months and are now due to begin on March 28, 2022 instead of December 17, 2021. At this point, Wizz Air’s remaining new routes from the former Yugoslavia, due to be launched from Skopje, Ohrid, Belgrade, Sarajevo, Tuzla and Ljubljana next month, remain unchanged.

If this was an ex-Yu airline, all hell would break loose for them delating the launch of a new route.

So Tuzla chased away Ryanair in favour of 1 new route in 2021. Well done to the corrupt management and city authorises.

Tuzla will be abandoned by Wizz soon, mark my words. Btw their Gothenburg-Sarajevo flight diverted to Tirana tonight. The passengers will be in for a treat...
