NEWS FLASH

Wizz Air will introduce flights between London Gatwick and Podgorica this coming summer season. The announcement was made yesterday shortly after the budget airline acquired Gatwick slots from Norwegian Air Shuttle. The new Podgorica flights will commence on April 7 and operate four times per week with the airline’s 230-seat Airbus A321 aircraft. Wizz Air faces no direct competition on the route, although Ryanair maintains services between London Stansted and the Montenegrin capital. Further flight details for Wizz Air’s new flights can be found here.

Very good news. This is London's second and most important airport. Is there any other ex-Yu capital connected to Gatwick?
