NEWS FLASH

Booking software TripAdmit today announced that it has signed a contract with Air Serbia to provide its passengers with the ability to select and book from a full range of tours and activities in the destinations served by the airline. TripAdmit has produced a fully customised and bespoke white label solution for the carrier. Its booking software and AI technology for personalised segmentation are expected to maximise ancillary revenue opportunities for Air Serbia from the sale of activities to passengers. Due to the much shorter booking window for activities, this new ancillary revenue stream will complement the existing hotel and car hire ancillary partners that the airline works with. Air Serbia’s Head of eCommerce, Srdjan Prokić, said, “TripAdmit’s platform will allow us to offer our customers a range of tours and activities from the point of booking their flights all the way up to their return journey home. We are continuing to extend our services while exploring additional ancillary revenue opportunities this year and experiences will be a key channel for us. We are glad to announce this agreement with TripAdmit and look forward to the collaboration, providing our customers with even more choice and accessibility”. TripAdmit’s Director for Travel Partnerships, Carl Cromie, noted, “We are proud to work with Air Serbia, which flies to over sixty destinations in Europe, North America and the Middle East. The bespoke white label solution will enable the airline to offer customers the ability to book any tour or activity in the destinations they serve, whilst driving conversions and providing a new source of ancillary revenue. This agreement further enhances the airlines’ ancillary offerings and is testament to TripAdmit´s team of developers building tailored solutions for this sector”.

Never heard of them. But I hope it works - too many times I only get other airlines for the same route as JU when booking online.

I support all such initiatives. But first they should fix their website and emails. User experience there is horrendous!

My user experience was honestly better on Air Serbia website than any other airline in the Ex Yu region.

That could be true, but I hope they have greater ambitions.

Sure, in the competition of exactly two other airlines they excel in almost everything....But booking on JU website is seamless.
