NEWS FLASH

Israeli carrier Israir has cancelled plans to launch flights from Tel Aviv to both Skopje and Split this summer. The airline had initially planned to commence two weekly operations from Israel to Skopje starting May 20 and a one weekly service to Split from June 15. Both routes have now been scrapped. They were to be maintained with the Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

It is better to look at them as a charter airline. The flights are jointly with tour operators.

11:29 - They also operate in Varna, Burgas and ski charter flights to Plovdiv before the pandemic. But yeah, generally not a very serious carrier compared to El Al.
