Banja Luka approaching quarter of a million passengers

Banja Luka Airport registered its busiest August on record and is on course to handle over a quarter of a million passengers by the end of September. Last month alone, the airport welcomed 43.411 travellers, representing an increase of 53% on last year (which was itself busier than the pre-pandemic 2019). During the January - August period, 214.625 travellers passed through Banja Luka Airport’s doors, making 2022 its busiest year yet, with just under four months to go until the end of 2022.

      INI had 248.997 passengers during Jan-Aug, 47.822 in August alone.

      INI had in August only a few thousands passengers more, with PSO by Air Serbia. BNX has no PSO flights. BNX had outstanding results. Congratulations

      You do realize BNX subsidizes Ryanair, Wizz Air and Air Serbia? Basically all airlines that fly to BNX are subsidized.
