Romania’s Air Connect to launch Dubrovnik flights

NEWS FLASH

Romanian carrier Air Connect will introduce a seasonal summer service between Bucharest and Dubrovnik. The airline has announced the flights will be inaugurated on June 11, with a one weekly rotation to be maintained, each Sunday, until September 24. Air Connect will deploy its ATR72-600 on the route. Tickets are now available for purchase through the airline’s website. The route was previously maintained by the now bankrupt Blue Air. Further flight details can be found here. Air Connect commenced operations last year and now boasts a fleet of two ATR72s, one of which is being wet-leased to Air Serbia.
