NEWS FLASH

Skopje will boast regular charter flights to Larnaca this summer. The new service will commence on June 20 and operate each Tuesday until August 29. “Cyprus has always been a top tourist destination, and this new flight will undoubtedly bring more visitors to our beautiful island. We are confident that this new collaboration will have a significant impact on our tourism industry”, George Minas, from the Cypriot Ministry for Tourism, said. The flights will be operated on behalf of five Macedonian tour operators - JK Travel, Atalantis Group, ETC Travel, Magellan and Waikiki Travel. Wizz Air launched scheduled two weekly flights between Skopje and Larnaca in July 2019, which were maintained until the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. The service has not been restored since.

Charter season looking good: Hurghada (up to 6 weekly flights), Tunisia (3 airports, 4 weekly in total) and now Cyprus. Plus the classic Turkey

And to other (summer) destinations like Barcelona, Malaga, Greek Island etc. as well. Probably they have crew and airplane shortages, let's see how things will develop in 2024.

Wtf, just until the end of August! In Cyprus it's like 40+ degrees in July and August, I've been there in late October and the weather was awesome back then, the flights should at least be until the 20th of September
