NEWS FLASH

Skopje Airport’s Primeclass Business Lounge has reopened to passengers following a thorough reconstruction. The new design of the facility offers a more luxurious décor and improved functionality. Facilities include a self-service buffet with hot and cold options, complimentary snacks, free internet access, TV, newspapers and magazines. The lounge is open 24 hours and is located on the airside departures floor, after the border control and security check, next to the duty free shop between gates 203 and 204. Paid access to the lounge is also available to all departing passengers.

Ljubljana should learn from this one

The new terminal is a big success, but the business lounge is a mess

Why do you say that? I actually really like the lounge in LJU. Catering could be better, but again, the amount of traffic is so low I don’t think they can justify anything else. For me, it is far superior to both BEG lounges and many others in the vicinity.

Terrace is really great for planespotting or just enjoying the nature, but all seats are quite uncomfortable and choice of food and drinks is suboptimal.

Wow it is so nice , and looks amazing , Skopje needed something like this , I am happy that the airport is going up in every segment and investing in more better service , and also to bring more airlines , routes and passengers in future.

Self-service buffet with hot and cold options, complimentary snacks, free internet access - nice things to experience before boarding most likely a Wizz plane without any of those.

The last move needed before Qatar Airways and FlyDubai are back...and most probably KLM starting flights to Amsterdam

Yep Flydubai and Qatar have not resumed flights because they didn't like the color palette in the lounge so were waiting for a fresh coat of paint as the last move to finally announce their return.

What airlines have access to this lounge for business class fares?

All Star Alliance Passengers with Gold Status, Priority Pass holders, perhaps some local banks offer access with credit cards.
      Not sure for other alliances

Sorry, previous comment was for passengers with economy class tickets. For business class fares all passengers have access, as this is the only lounge at the airport
