NEWS FLASH

Croatia Airlines and SAS Scandinavian Airlines have expanded their wide-ranging codeshare partnership to include new routes. As of this month, the Croatian carrier has placed its designator code and flight numbers onto SAS’ service from Stockholm and Oslo to Munich. In return, SAS has placed its codes onto Croatia Airlines’ service between Split and Munich. It builds on an extensive agreement between the two Star Alliance members. SAS will begin the process of leaving Star Alliance and joining SkyTeam in spring 2024.

Airlines can codeshare with Airlines that belong to other Alliances. OU codeshare with KLM for example.
