Not sure it is even possible for these to fly in the EU, no country at least in western Europe would allow this airline in to their airspace.

Why don't Kosovans buy air tickets normally like everyone else? What is it with these special charters?

Because AirTiketa is recognized as a charter operator that offers free hand luggage of 55x40x25 cm + a 5 kg bag, along with 20 kg of free checked baggage, also allowing free seat selection. Meanwhile, other companies have to pay an additional 250 euros for these services provided by the charter operator AirTiketa.

Maturation of Market,Resistance to change and relatively high costs for Prishtina Airport. Also Skopje Airport is only about 1h30m drive away, and while Tirana is further away, its served by several direct buses per day, pushing Travelers from Kosovo towards these airports

If you would like to take a look at what the inside of JetSky's airplane looks like, check out this media story: https://www.20min.ch/story/basel-das-flugzeug-stank-und-war-kurz-vor-dem-auseinanderbrechen-103170873
Summary: The interior of this vintage 737 is held together by duct tape and the flight attendants wear t-shirts and jeans. Doesn't look very professional.
