Air Serbia has added a second codeshare partner to Brazil, expanding its reach to the South American country. The airline has added its “JU” designator code and flight numbers onto ITA Airways’ daily service from Rome to both Sao Paolo (JU7549/50) and Rio de Janeiro (JU7546/47). Air Serbia also codeshares on Turkish Airlines’ service between Istanbul and Sao Paolo four times per week.

If you try to book on JU's website BEG-FCO-GRU it starts from 1.166 EUR. If you try to book on AZ's website BEG-FCO-GRU it starts from 1.023 EUR. So it's not a big difference.

@00:10 so why would anyone book through JU and pay 140€ more?

The price difference is not up to JU, it is because codeshare partner does not have access to all booking classes of actual operating airline.

You don't get Etihad miles unless the actual flight is operated by Etihad or Air Serbia.
