NEWS FLASH

Transavia France will delay the launch of its new service between Paris Orly and Belgrade. Flights are now scheduled to commence on July 3, rather than the initially planned April 10. The two weekly frequency remains unchanged, although flight times have been slightly tweaked. The updated scheduled can be found here.

I feel like they have zero strategy and have no idea how to proceed next to JU's two daily flights. Pretty sure this will be another short lived service.

Bravo Vinci! You can't even get a French airline to fly from a French airport. This is a huge blow after JU butchered their BEG-CDG flights.

By butchered you mean double daily flights, the same as last year.

Are you aware JU planned like triple daily flights to CDG? They were in the system and were selling them for month and then they removed all of them. They cancelled all growth. Now they will stay double daily and charge €500 for a ticket without luggage when summer comes.

So they didn't butcher anything. It's the same as last year.

Btw Air Serbia is this winter flying CDG 14 weekly. Last winter it was flying the route 10 weekly.

Can't you read? They butchered their planned growth to CDG. Flights were in the system for months and they were selling them. They planned to have triple daily and then they cut to double daily. Even less than last summer when they had 16.

Anon 10:36 is exactly the same person as in the main thread having a meltdown. With or without nickname you used in the past, it's always the same mission. But as always you are cut down to size by facts. Others airlines like KLM and LH are growing in that same Vinci operated BEG. Your conspiracy theories are therefore fake.

Wow, I was booked to fly CDG-BEG on 17/04 and haven't even received a notification from the airline so far. Really poor form, this will affect a lot of travellers that wanted to fly around Easter. Tickets on other airlines are super expensive by now.

Transavia does not fly from CDG but from ORY.

Do they have fleet shortage or there is just not enough demand?

They are actually growing their fleet. They probably chose to place their capacity elsewere.

^ if it wasn't for them, Transavia Framce wouldn't have come to BEG in the first place.

What is the source of the info? I have a flight booked for April and haven't received anything to say it's cancelled and the reservation shows as valid on their website. Or maybe they just don't care much lol
